SANU 2nd Home is a membership-based second home service in Japan that offers beautifully designed cabins in nature-rich locations like forests, lakesides, and seaside areas.

With a fixed monthly fee to flexibly use multiple cabins across Japan, we promote a "dual-life" lifestyle where they can balance urban living with time spent in nature. It’s designed for those seeking a sustainable, minimalist escape without the burdens of traditional vacation home ownership.

Guests can choose how to live in nature according to their lifestyle, including "Guest Lodging," which can be used from one night, "Subscription," which can be used on a monthly basis, "Joint Ownership," which can be owned based on the number of days spent, and "Exclusive/Operation," which allows both use and asset management.

Additionally, characterized by environmentally conscious development, construction, and operations, it cultivates a regenerative system where Japan's forests become more abundant as its locations expand. Currently operating 35 locations with 231 rooms (as of March 2025). By 2028, it will expand to over 100 locations domestically and internationally.
