What is SANU 2nd Home Owners?
This plan allows you to own an entire villa and earn income through SANU's management during periods when you are not staying there. In addition to your owned property, you can use all SANU locations (35 locations nationwide).
Owners can stay up to 60 nights per year. SANU will also pay a stable fixed monthly rent, unaffected by facility operation or seasonality.
Stay & Earn
Not only the purchased property, but also the growing number of SANU locations nationwide (35 locations, 231 units* as of November 2025) can be stayed at within the 60-night allowance. You can enjoy living close to nature across Japan, tailored to each season.
Home is Everywhere
During periods when you are not staying, SANU handles all preparation, operation, and management related to running the property. After purchase, owners can immediately begin taking reservations and generating rental income without any complicated procedures.
